The Ikon Community
What is the Ikon Community?
The Ikon Community is a six-month opportunity designed to help you thrive and flourish. I’m looking to come alongside a small group of people, who are committed to bringing their best self to their work, relationships, and life.
Membership in the Ikon Community will give you access to a monthly 1:1 coaching call. It also includes a monthly insight video that will capture some of the things that I'm learning on my own leadership journey.
What might this monthly call look like?
A coaching conversation to tackle a problem in real time
A sounding board for a new project
A deeper dive into your Enneagram type
A conversation with a thinking partner as you consider a new idea or insight
An exploration of a formative practice
A creative chat about music, film, good food, or good coffee
How Does It Work?
Membership in the Ikon Community has two levels: Ikon30 and the Ikon60.
Ikon30 membership includes a monthly 30-minute call.
The cost is $65 a month (total of $390)
Ikon60 membership includes a monthly 60-minute call.
The cost is $120 a month (total $720)
Both membership levels include access to my monthly insights video.
Think of membership in the Ikon Community as a fitness membership for your leadership.
Space in the Ikon Community is limited, so I can focus my energy and attention on helping you thrive and flourish in the spaces of life that are most important to you.
A 50% deposit will secure your place in the community. The balance is due at the beginning of month three.
